slobber, stink and smiles...

this is what my little boy is made of. :)

corbin's birthday is coming up, and i'm really having a hard time believing a whole year has gone by already. i'm sad that there's not a teeny newborn in our house anymore... but i'm so thrilled to see this little dude learning and growing more every day. it's so fun to see him and lucy playing together and becoming little buddies. and it's absolutely comical that he's already fixated on making weird noises (seriously? it starts this early?!?).

anyway, i thought i'd do a little gushing, and post some pictures here from his first year... in the first few months, i used my canon powershot a710. tiny little thing, but i had fun with it.

here are the 2 kids, meeting for the first time...

this was the first time we gave him a bath at home, and unfortunately, i have no more pictures of bathtime until he was about 6 months old. this is because from the time his toes touched the water, to the time he was wrapped in the towel, the kid screamed bloody murder. so i gave him a bath once a week... it very well might have been every two weeks, now that i think about it. he finally started loving bathtime when he could sit up - now he gets a proper washing every other day.

these next few were taken with the rebel t1i - which i'm trying to sell, if anyone's interested! really great camera, and i loved learning from it.
