samantha & anna blake

last week, i had the chance to photograph sweet little twins, samantha and anna blake.

i love this cute family, and had such a great time with them!

here are some of my favorites from our session...

before i was married, i was roommates with the twins' mommy and her little four-pound dog, bella lou.
i would usually get home first in the evenings, and bella would greet me with a teeny little dance, and jump up and down and get so excited to have me home. and my voice would immediately go up a few octaves as i talked to her. it was awesome!
i was so happy that they brought her with them to the shoot - she wasn't too thrilled with the chilly weather that day, but she was still cute as ever. :)

i love how samantha is trying to warm up her hands - and the look on her face pretty much sums up what we're all thinking... it's too cold out here!!!

we ended the shoot with some swinging, and then called it a day...
