what's brown, warm, and smells like gingerbread?

gingerbread spice cookies, of course!


i came across these at costco back in the fall, and was completely smitten.
during december, i couldn't find them, and then just the other week i saw them again - and decided i should get 2 boxes.

pre-formed gingerbread spice cookie dough... break apart, dip into sugar (which comes in its own little packet with the cookies!), place onto cookie sheet, and bake.
so easy, so simple, so great at making my whole house smell amazing.

i am by no means a food photographer, but hopefully you get the idea of just how delicious these things are...

 

if you can find them, get them - and eat them while they're still warm.
with a huge glass of milk.
