happy wednesday!

a few weeks ago, we went to an indoor egg hunt with the kids - it was indoors because on the morning of the hunt, there was a massive rain storm that came threw. it was not a lot of fun getting in and out of the car in the storm, but at least we could still have some egg-hunting fun inside. 

lucy quickly picked up eggs and started opening them - and to her complete surprise, found teeny little stamps inside some of her eggs. i thought it was so cute how she was quietly sitting there, figuring out her new stamping toy...

i focused my attention on corbin for a few minutes, as this was his first egg hunt. 

but when i found my way back to lucy, she had proceeded to give herself an entire "sleeve" of stamps...

i'd say it was worth it, because while she was stamping up her arms, i was able to get the look on corbin's face when he saw the easter bunny for the first time...
