brand new babies

a few weeks ago, i had the absolute pleasure to photograph 2 brand new, sweet-smelling babies. avery and beck are sister and brother, and oh my goodness they are just so perfect. i have a thing for babies - always have, always will - and it was all i could do not to beg my husband for a 3rd when i got home from this shoot.

i knew i was in for a treat when i caught them snuggling their teeny toes together in their shared bouncy seat.

i just love this next shot... his peaceful sleeping face, and her little tongue poking out, trying as hard as she can to get to him. oh i could eat her wrinkly little arm!

even their dog stella got in on the photo fun!
